denimcrush@hollywoodjames hello I am so sorry to hear about this and that there has been a delay the best thing to do in this nature if you have proof that the item was in perfect condition prior to sell we use video with date and timestamp, is to one file a police report and once you have done you would need to send a certified package to POSH headquarters along with a copy of both proof and also your police report, at that time along with a letter, and contact info, you may also have the attorney
