rtharris2005The material & with body shape I would think the L would be a more comfortable fit. They are leggings & are form fitting & you would most likely fit in either one. I would have to say the M are 8's & L are 10's. You are right in the middle. They are made in Italy so their sizing is a bit different. The website said they typically run according to their size. rtharris2005@twylla8 Both are great. I just tried them both on and the large fit me better. I had more room in the waist. The medium fit but I didn't have as much mobility. rtharris2005@twylla8 In regards to the European sizes I am not quite sure. They were made in Italy but I purchased them in the States. I can only see the one size on both leggings. There is not a European or American size chart. I am sorry I couldn't be more help with that question.

rtharris2005@twylla8 I normally wear a 10/12. I just tried on a size 8/29 Lucky Brand jeans. They went on buckled but they were tight. I tried my size 10/12 Miss Me jeans and they fit perfectly. I hope that helps you a bit more.
