jerseyglam @lhahn3036 Hi! Laid flat measured one way across the bust is approx. 23" and the length shoulder to hem is approx. 33 1/2". Hope this helps!

jerseyglam @jillock7 Hi! These run oversized a medium would probably be best for a size 6/8 and it will still have a bit of an oversized fit. It would also fit an 8/10 but would be closer to a regular fitting cardigan. Hope this helps!
