Vintage Express high waisted black skirt

Vtg Express Compagnie Internationale black skirt, fully lined. Please see pic for measurements and material. The slit is ripped a little but you can’t see on outside of skirt, but can be repaired easily. Size says 11/12 but runs a bit smaller. Thanks for looking!
