what is this used for?

@tinaparkin Collectible Avon Piece that to my knowledge was a bath piece. I personally have used it as a small vase. It's more for a show piece these days. Too small to be a working Basin although dishes could be use to hold whatever you'd like! Jadeite is awesome!
