@christyottesen If you go to My Purchases and select this dress, you should have an option that says problems/inquiry. There should be an option to cancel.

@christyottesen I think Poshmark usually gives 3 hours for you to cancel. If I cancel, the only options for me to select are the item is damaged, lost the item, changed my mind or bundling with another item. This will affect my poshmark account. I think at this point you will need to contact Poshmark Support as soon as possible. I'll hold off on shipping it out tomorrow.

I really appreciate your help. “While we cannot cancel the order on our end, we recommend reaching out to the seller to see if they can cancel the order before they ship it out. You can leave a comment for the seller directly on their listing.
