thetrendthreads @envogue31 It is 5% spandex and 95% polyester so moderately stretchy. There is a zipper on the side. It is brand new and never worn, I never opened the plastic it came in. But I added a photo of the skirt out of the bag that my friend took - she opened hers so it is the same item, just never took mine out so that I can sell it as brand new!

thetrendthreads @nnyquill The material is soft - it is polyester and spandex. It is stretchy. It is not thick like tweed or anything, but it is not sheer either!
