@jessicaallisonn I understand stuff happens and I'm sorry if I came across as rude I wasn't trying to be but unfortunately I was upset when I got it and it wasn't brand new and I really didn't want to give you a bad rating but I felt like I kinda didn't have a choice especially cuz I'm a single Mom and don't have a lot of money and I don't get any help or any kind of assistance to help me.
