Hello! What a cool bag, and unique embroidery. Looking at it I wonder if it could be Indian or from somewhere else in the "near East". I say this because of what looks like an "onion dome" topping one of the buildings, and the palm trees.

@zebrahill Hello again! I found a bag on Etsy that has a different stitching pattern, but everything else are pretty much identical. The Etsy seller has their bag marked as Moroccan, 1980's vintage. I copied part of their description: "It is a handmade traditional Berber bag, hand crafted in North Africa from real leather. ...tribal embossed pattern."
