Hi! I know this brand runs small, would the 37 fit more like a 36? Second are the comfy?

@ramaalsaadi they fit like a true 6.5 for sure, i made that mistake long ago but these fit me and i always wear a 6.5/7 in any shoes. they are super comfortable as they are flat, barely a heel! i wore them regularly with dress pants to work but what are pants anymore?!
