Forever 21 Black Mini Skirt

This is a women’s black mini skirt. It is a size small, which fits a size 0-2 in jeans. It is kind of high waisted, but not by much. The stitching on the skirt is white and has silver buttons. There are pocket in the front and the back of the skirt. This has only been worn once. Great Condition!
