treasures4allHi. I just received these tonight. They’re very nicely wrapped and shipped. However upon inspection I found a frayed stitch on one and the zipper is a bit tight for me on the other. I rechecked the listing but there wasn’t anything noted about the frayed stitch. This is a gift so I need them in new condition. I opened a return case. I’m sorry. I hate returning things but they weren’t for me. Very fast shipping though. Thank you

Good evening, No worries. Can you please provide a photo of the issue. I inspected them before shipping and didn't notice any issue. They're also brand new and never worn.

treasures4allI don’t know how to send pics to you. I did submit the pictures to customer support. There’s actually 2 frayed spot on the shoe. My son noticed the second one by the heel which I missed.

treasures4all@hteisha75 I submitted the pictures again on the support page. You should be able to see them. I’m sorry wish they weren’t damaged. My sister in law would’ve loved them. Thanks again for prompt shipping and I love your closet. Many amazing items. Idk if it helps but when I looked at them there was a bulge so I ran my finger across it and noticed it was actually frayed(the side one). The fray on the heel my son noticed. It’s not real big but it’s there.
