Worn only twice, it is in beautiful shape from a smoke free and pet free home.
This Zelie is from the 2016/2017 Collection- the blue dress is currently on the website- that is for reference only. The dress is in the red and blue toned pattern you see.
I’d say this dress could comfortably fit up to a 28? I’m an 18 and I always cinch it with the included belt- I wear all my Zelies as empire waist dresses.
I will say, I feel these are made for tall women. Measurements are straight from the website.
