arih88@sheri_cashman I've added photos of the dress hanging over a white t-shirt so you can see the neckline better, and found one of the only photos I still have of myself in this dress - it's not super high resolution, since it's taken from a group photo, but perhaps it will help with the neckline question. it's not terribly low, no worry of an accidental slip, and it's very easy to move and dance in.

arih88@sheri_cashman hi! the dolman sleeves don't really have a shoulder point to measure from, but from the center of the back of the neckline,to the bottom of the hem is 39".
