Topshop Shoulder Splice Ribbed Body-Con Dress Teal

Beautiful Topshop teal dress my sister gave me. Worn a handful of times. Needs a good steam, but otherwise is in very good condition. Dress is very work appropriate, however versatile transition to evening wear. I would describe the fit as a form fitted one. European size is 36, US size 4. I am about 5'9 and wear a size 6, so it is a little too tight for me. However, on the right build (medium height, size 4) this would look incredible. Sophisticated texture with cool front/back classy cutouts.
