NWT ROMEO + JULIET crochet vest XS

This is a new with tags, Romeo & Juliet Couture white crocheted sweater vest size XS. Tag says it was hand knit. Yarn: 55% ramie/45% cotton. Hand wash, dry clean for best results. Sweater has a 3 button closure at the chest, but one button fell off. Ruffled shoulder straps. It's in otherwise excellent new condition. Under bust: 15" across, Length from shoulder to under bust: 12", Side seam length: 19.5", Bottom width: 19.5", and Length from shoulder to end: 30.5".
