How true to size is this dress and how hat is the lowest amount of money you would accept?

@tracycaronia I am a true size 6 and when I bought the dress I was a little heavier but it’s still concealed and fit well. Now it fits perfectly. As I’ve never worn it the lowest I would go is probably around $900
