New without tags! Size 8. Measures approximately 18” across from pit to pit when laid flat and 31” long. This is an off the shoulder style with a beautiful dark blue lace. The sleeves are sheer. Material is 40% rayon, 31% nylon, and 29% cotton. Lined. Lining is 94% polyester and 6% spandex. Zips up the back. Very pretty!
