Hello! I’ve been checking tracking information on your backpack. USPS has no tracking updates after January 25. This is a very bad sign, and I’m really worried that the shipment has been lost. I’m going to contact Posh Admin. At some point if the shipment isn’t located, they should refund your money and reimburse me, since we are not at fault. I really hope the package is located. This is so upsetting to me, and I’m so sorry. I’ll keep you posted. Thank you!

Hi Kate, as I feared, Posh has concluded that your order has likely been lost by USPS. I’m so sorry! You should be credited for the full amount of the order, and I will be reimbursed for the product. This is just unacceptable to me, and I don’t know how it happens. I do have a different Harry Potter backpack listed, and I would sell it to you at a discount if you are interested. Yes I’m really sad when things just disappear in transit like this. It has happened to me once before, and that order had five items. I don’t understand! But thank goodness Posh takes care of us at least.
