kaellarue@randidandix7 I’m sorry but it was dropped off at my post office and I notified Poshmark of that. Once it’s dropped off, it is out of my hands especially since it was dropped off during holiday season and Covid spike in my area. I’m unable to refund you, you will have to reach out to Poshmark for a refund.

kaellarue@randidandix7 and I don’t have your money, Poshmark holds all money until shipments are complete so I’m out of a lost product and no money either.

kaellarue@randidandix7 Hi I am so super sorry for the delay, I ended up sick and then my post office has been closed since Thursday due to the holiday so I have it packaged up and ready to drop off tomorrow morning. If that’s ok with you or let me know if you would rather cancel. Again so so sorry for the delay

randidandix7@kaellarue my mug is lost in transition now. Is there anyway you can track it? I’m starting to get frustrated with this whole thing. Thanks

randidandix7@kaellarue This is just bad business. You’ve had my money for a long time and I have no product, it doesn’t even track. I just want a refund. I have nothing to show for my money, it’s ridiculous already.
