coco250 @northern_gal8 hi there! Thank you for your interest! The jacket is approximately three years old! It was a Christmas gift from my folks but I never ended up wearing it because I got pregnant and have never ended up losing the weight. It’s just over 15 inches across. I believe you can wear this jacket in up to minus ten weather.
