I bought this 6 years ago, it was worn once, very flattering dress, it is sheer, theres no lining. I tried to show in the last picture. The belt is very long and can be wrapped around. This is great for a cover up at the beach, or pool. Or a slip can be worn underneath. This is a older dress from forever 21 and rare. Well made. No flaws a little fading.
