@matteshka72 hello dear, the chest measurements for layed down Dress is 18 inches, and the Waist is 16 inches, and it is a little bit more thicker than a t-shirt. Also, I am a size 8, and it is Perfect on me, but I am not really a fan of Dresses that are really tight on me, so I guess size 10 would be fine if you would want it tight like a pencil dress
