This is the perfect party dress! Underneath is a champagne color with polka dots with a black mesh overlay that has gold appliqués. It has such a fun, whimsical yet classy and elegant feeling! Very great for a pinup or vintage style! The waist is approximately 17 inches without stretch, which the last photo shows. I have only worn once and am just not fancy enough on a reglar basis to keep this gem!
