evrythingbyshay Hey I just wanted to say I'm so so sorry about the coach bag, they basically told me they have no idea what happened, so instead of stringing you along I refunded your money, now if the bag does turn up, (I'm praying it does), I will let you know. This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I'm sorry.. I just don't want this to ruin my store reputation..
