tanee76 @annie7722 lol I’m a A+ blood type and my evolution type is more vegetarian , many people do not know that their blood type dictates their diet and what their body handles best ! A+ does not break down meat very good so it is hard to digest for me ... I’m good with salads and smoothies , animal fat can be horrible for the arteries anyway!

I have managed to stay in great shape and I have had five kids haha i think it’s important to educate ourselves on what we put in our bodies , now if other people would read and get educated instead of reporting my page and mind their own business this world might have less idiots in it lol
