glamour_vintage @frenchcreole951 Ok, bear with me here & let me know if you need clarification on anything. Bust flat is 17, pit to pit. Waist 13 flat (minimal stretch for wiggle room). Total dress length is 41 inches.

glamour_vintage @frenchcreole951 I took the shoulder measurement flat at top of shoulders from the edge of the velvet bodice to the other. It’s a puff sleeve dress, so I wasn’t sure about including the top of the sleeves too. Anyhow, I got 14 flat on this measurement. Please let me know if you need anything else, Thank you!
