NWOT Mixed Print Blouse

Beautiful shirt with a mix of bright neon stripes in the front and open criss-cross back with leopard print detail. The criss-cross design makes it a high-low shirt. This blouse also has trendy ruffle sleeve detail. Purchased at a boutique online, and this is NWOT and in perfect condition!
