Formal evening prom dress

Dark navy blue chiffon with absolutely beautiful beaded top - some beaded are blue ! The back does zip up - it’s just too small for my mannequin, you can see in the pic with the tags, the zipper is up Please look at the last pictures posted on how to measure and the measurement chart.
