VTG 💄 Made in Japan Lipstick Holder Accessory

This is so cool. VTG made in Japan gold & ceramic lipstick holder (or ring!). It opens up and the mirror is missing on inside. Has a portrait of a Victorian man & woman & the colors are still vibrant with red, green, pink, browns, white and cream. Not 100% on material as there are no other markings other than the Japan stamped on one side. Has some obvious signs of wear. Super cool textured crisscross etching on bands.
