SIZE 10, Bust is 17" from armpit to armpit, waist 14" from side to side, so about a 27 inch waist, Length 38", Zip up the side. Fabric does stretch and is thick. Tulle skirt underneath. Tag does say a size 12 however this is a French company and the sizes are different in America listing as a size 10. So trust my measurements instead. Dress is darling. Long
