allynallyn @joh1231 hi, not sure what you mean by just the tip? But it is gold plated. It has not changed color for me, but it is not solid gold so it is not recommended to shower, sweat, etc. with them :)

allynallyn @sarahooty Hello! These were a champagne gold but we don't sell them anymore. We have switched to a more yellow-gold tone and the material is higher quality :)
