@decembersmirf Hi! Yes, you would most likely pick the same size that you wear for tops. For reference, a XSmall fits a bust size 32.5-33.5 and clothing size 0-2, Medium fits bust 36-38 and sizes 6-8, Large fits bust 39-40 and sizes 8-10.
