Hi, Is the glazing melting and staining the leather/velour? Are the black marks are along the zipper rail and strap from that? Thanks in advance

@kat25 I've never heard of the glazing melting before but I'm guessing that it could be that. There is no damage to the cashmere LVs just needs cleaning and reglazing in my opinion.
