NWT. Bought from Unique Vintage. Black and blue beaded and fringe flapper dress. This dress is gorgeous! Covered in blue, white, and gold sequins with black beading, this dress is shimmery and lovely. Black fringe around the bottom. There is a netting layer that has all of the embellishment and then a solid black layer underneath. Small - 15.5 in bust, 14 in waist. Medium - 16 in bust, 14.5 in waist. Measurements taken flat.
