Luxxel open back, twirly skirt dress size M

I LOVE this dress, and if it still fit i would certainly keep it! One of the most fun and innovative dresses I’ve ever owned. The colors are stunning jewel tone, and the fabric is woven with golden thread. The skirt has WEIGHTS IN THE HEMLINE to keep it from flying up on a breezy day!! Brilliant!! Also, my favorite part of this dress is the back. The halter top is also weighted by long straps. The skirt does has a fully functional zipper. There are faint makeup stains at neck. Make an offer!!
