Modern Large Parrot Enamel & Rhinestone Brooch

Item is in good used condition Light to medium wear and scratches May need a cleaning if desired No makers marks Pin back in good working order Heavy & Large brooch Note : see last 2 pictures.... not noticeable when worn.. some of the red enamel is on the back of the brooch in 2 spots.. There is also a tiny green? Spot on the back by my fingernail... see last picture
