Does this have any mold, mildew, or cigarette odors? Are the shoes peeling?

Everything is in perfect condition, no smells or wear, even the box and tissue are in good shape as you can see in the pictures. I don’t think it was ever played with. I bought it years ago from someone whose daughter didn’t want her dolls anymore. I was going to give it to my granddaughter but missed this one outfit. Maybe because it was my favorite :-)
