VTG Halter Dress

y2k era mesh dress by Bebe! Has silky turquoise piping, tie-back halter, and a transparent mesh lettuce edge detail at the bottom! Zipper w/ hook and eye closure on the back. Has some stretch to it. Condition: Fabric is in great condition, but the piping has some aluminum stains from deodorant. I’ve tried to remove the stains myself without much success.
