I’ve removed the tags but the dress brand is “coincidence and chance”—sold at both Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. This is in new condition—no snags/rips and the mesh is in perfect condition! I love the playful polka dot twist on a class A line dress!! Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit: 16 in Waist: 12.5
