What size would you recommend for a medium?

@jencarullo TopShop usually has a size 4/6 as a small and a size 8/10 as a medium, but there isn't a conversion on the website for this specific style.

@jencarullo I normally wear an XXS or XS, usually a size 0, sometimes a 2. Both the size 4 and 8 are way too big for me.
