savannah_roses_ @miasfabcloset Hi & thanks for your interest. I would say they run pretty true to size. The elastic band waist measurement is just under 26" (I added a pic of the small for you). Stretched out (without overstretching) it goes to just under 37". The charted measurement is smaller due to the elastic waistband size unstretched.

savannah_roses_ @miasfabcloset I normally wear LARGE in all pajamas (except for Victoria Secret pajamas which I feel run a little larger than most pajamas, I wear a MEDIUM)...and I wear these in a size LARGE. The MEDIUM of this set fits me, but while it is not tight, it is a little more snug on me in the legs than I would want pajama bottoms to fit, so I stuck to my normal size pajamas in these. savannah_roses_ @miasfabcloset Ia the same way, I like my clothes on the looser side. I would probably recommend a size Medium by what you are telling me, especially if you like them looser. What size pajama bottoms or joggers (w elastic waistbands) do you normally wear?
