Ruched cowl neck dress

Condition: excellent, washed and tried on but never worn Info: Black cowl neck dress with ruching on one side of the skirt. I'm 5'4", and the skirt fell a little above the knee. 73% modal 27% polyester. Fabric is thin, not sure that you can see through it, but check before going out in public. Unless that's what you're wanting. No judgment here 😉 Story: Only selling because it was an impulse buy, and I normally don't wear an XS. I should've known better.
