Does not fit me. Too big. Brand new!

White one has some fade from an orange shirt I wore with it for about 3 hours. White one worn once. Black is brand new. I bought them from Victoria secret and got home and they don’t fit. I live 2.5 hours from the store and I don’t have time to go back.
