I was on vacation when I received the wrong item from you and now poshmark is saying I missed the window of opportunity for refund is there any way me & you can connect and work on this problem ourselves..clearly I made a purchase with you on these shoes and you had sent the wrong item..I reached out to you & poshmark and was ruled in my favor for a full refund..I just got back from Hawaii on business for a month..I cannot get ahold of anybody with poshmark on this and would really like to
