This is a party dress from Forever 21. It is black and it has a thick diamanté rhinestone trim on the top and bottom. The dress is heavy and the diamanté are well attached. The sleeves are not adjustable and if you are small chested like me, they will not stay up. It is also body con and is tight on me - 90lbs. I am 5ft and the dress is midi on me so it will be mini for most. The dress is stunning and unused with tags.
