@fancymsnancy yeah it’s because it’s a dolman looser cut on top and the tie in back to hold I place for shoulders & bust.. also that’s why I put waist measurements w/ elastic stretched to the furthest point cuz hits right under chest . It’s Umgee brand with runs pretty true to sz I wear L and I wear L in Umgee.. I buy that brand because I feel like its a good quality that has that FP vibe but half the price❤️ i
