allisontdandrea @emilyfaye Hi! I swould say you could do either if you're a 6 but it depends on how you want them to fit. If you want a tighter fit, I'd say small (I wear a 6 usually and I prefer a small because I have a tinier waist). These are also a bit slimmer around the lower waist/hips due to the stitching. You can also measure a pair of leggings that fit well and compare with measurements if all else fails. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
