Absolutely breathtaking!! Thrifted gem from Portland, OR boutique. Worn once by me. Has bedazzled shoulders & buckle detail. Rouched bust to keep the girls secured, but just enough opening for a pop of cleavage. Functional side zip. Has minor flaws (pictured what I could notice). Navy blue in color. I was a 16 when it was purchased, so measurements LAID FLAT are as follows: Shoulder to bottom hem - 64in Pit to pit - 22in Waist (where buckle detail is) - 19in REASONABLE OFFERS ONLY!
