Black military style blazer/jacket

Black military style jacket/blazer with a black velvet collar and silver buttons crest buttons all down the front + on each of the pockets. The bottom 2 pockets are actual pockets but the top 2 on the chest are just decorative pocket flaps. Has shoulder pads but overall has a really beautiful tailored look to it.
